Alf Murtell Remembered Our much respected President is remembered |
Alf will be sadly missed by everyone at the Redbridge Marquetry Group. Alf was a regular attendee at our Wednesday Group meetings up until his knees let him down last year and he had to curtail his visits to the group. Alf was 97 and had already prepared his entries to the Marquetry Society's International Marquetry Exhibition. There will be a tribute stand to Alf's memory at the exhibition, we hope every visitor to the exhibition will enjoy the work of a great man. Rest in Peace Alf, we all miss you very
much. |
